During the work on the project, the original layout underwent a complete rethinking. A space was created for a small family with the ability to comfortably receive guests. The modest-sized kitchen was converted into a bedroom with a separate bathroom, the rest of the space was divided between a spacious kitchen-living room and a small second bedroom.
The total area of the apartment is 75 m2, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen-living room, a storage room and a hall. Equipment: washing machine, boiler, air conditioner, floor heating, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, projector, TV.
❶ In the hallway, there was a place for a full-fledged wardrobe for outerwear and a guest hanger, as well as a place for storing bicycles. ❷ Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer and ironing area. ❸ Storage room with shelving and workbench. ❹ Bedroom with work desk, wardrobe and private bathroom. ❺ A small but fully functional bathroom with an entrance from the bedroom. ❻ Living room-kitchen, where you can gather in a large company, with a comfortable sofa, projector, functional kitchen and dining areas. ❼ The second bedroom can be used either as a nursery for two children, if it is completed with a bunk bed, or as a guest room, or as an office: there is everything you need for each use case.
